Description: Jaz came to Sunshine from a heartbreaking hoarding situation up north, where many horses were in desperate need of medical care and attention. We were able to bring four of them to Sunshine, but 11 others were either pregnant or had just foaled, and there simply wasn’t room for all of them.

Jaz had her foal, who was eventually adopted, but Jaz was left on her own before she was truly ready. She is now at Sunshine, where she can finally have the time, patience, and care she needs to heal, learn to trust people, and discover what life can be like when someone is in her corner.

Jaz is sweet, a little scared, and very pretty. She is still figuring things out, but we have a feeling there is something pretty special waiting to shine through., We will figure things out together and we look forward to her progress!
